Green Glutinous Rice Balls (Klepon) is a traditional Indonesian dessert made from glutinous rice flour, filled with coconut sugar and rolled into small balls. The outside is usually green due to the pandan leaf extract. They are then boiled and served in a bowl of ice water or coconut milk.
